HELP MY STOMACH WONT STOP TWITCHING!!!!?

im 21 and got drunk for the first time yesterday it was actually a nice experience i had 4 pints of ale and i stumbled to and fro...i woke up feeling fine with no head aches or anything but my stomach hasnt stopped twitching and im scared that it wont stop or im going to die orsomething what does this mean is this my liver? i need help!!!!
