Why does everyone expect a coup after Fidel Castro dies?

Cuba has free high quality health care and education and their life expectancies are the same as the US. Their infant mortality rate is actually lower than the US. Given that people have these things (unlike most other Latin American countries) would there really be any support for a capitalist government which would privatise health and education, making them unaffordable?
