Just found out my brother has AIDS, is there ANYTHING?!?

Ok so i am 15, and i just found out my brother that i haven seen in two years is addicted to heroin and got AIDS from a stripper. Im crying hysterically, HE ISNT TAKING HIS MEDICATIONS and he will die!! i dont have his number!!!!! please help!! is there any ways that aids could just... go away?!!?
