Ghost in the Shell Question?

Well i just saw Solid State Society and thought it was great!!!!! But does anybody know if Major comes back to Section 9??? That ending didn't really explain anything of her coming back to Seaction 9?? Do u think that, that's why its not the final installment of GitS????
