Should America castrate ual molesters?

In China, if you find guilty of and molestation; you will either get shot or they will remove your forcefully. In many mid-eastern village people will stone you savagely. How about in America? You only get 7~12 years in prison for destroying a person's life completely. What do you think? I say cut em.
