Don't get wrong...I love Michael Phelps.....but I was just wondering.....why is his bathing suit sooooooo?

low on his hips, practically exposing himself. No one else wore a suit like his. I know he is fantastic! I screamed every time he swam....I also gawked!!! * drools at the memory*
