Does anyone watch "The Shield" regularly?

Wow, you have missed a lot. I'm not sure about the higher up you're talking about, but the Forest Whitaker character is in jail for trying to pin crimes on Vic, and feeding stories to informants to snitch on Vic. Also, Shane confessed to killing Lem, and now he and Vic have beef, and then Shane got mixed up with some Armenian mobster's daughter, who's now threatening to kill Vic's family after Shane told her that Vic ripped off the money from the mob (but he didn't mention that he was involved too.) So Shane sorta kidnapped Vic's family to keep them safe, but Vic thinks he did it to harm them, so now he's out for blood, and that's where the show left off.
