Alright, I'll ask. What in the world is a 'water motor'?

All I wanted to do was ask why we don't make gasohol like Brazil (who imports only lubricants and almost no fuel) and someone brings up a 'water motor". Can't find it on the net. I belive the answerer, just give a reference. I'm sure we'd all like to know about this. In Kentucky I ran my Honda 90 on a 50-50 mixture of moonshine and regular gas as an experiment. Worked fine. But a water motor?
