Does a jaded Taurus act differently?

This Taurus guy I'm seeing isn't too romantic. He's sensual and ual but it doesn't feel like the way Tauruses are described. He seems just to be into drinkin, smokin, & partyin and he still talks about other chicks hes been with in the past infront of me! I don't like that, makes me feel insecure. I'm a pisces!! We've been seeing each other for over a month and he says i'm a rare kind of girl, i'm cool with the boys, and he likes to talk to me. I'm an attractive, feminine, cute young woman who isn't into gettin wasted and such. I see how we could fit together very well, he's so strong willed and masculilne. I love it.. He was deeply in love and she broke his heart, is that why he's not approaching this with more romance?
