Why does my car feel like it is wobbling when I come to a slow stop?

I have an '04 Toyota Corolla and lately when I am coming to a slow stop, it feels like my car is going over a slightly bumpy road. I don't know if this has anything to do with my rear brakes since they have not been replaced but the front has.........
