Weight Loss (Just a little,I am not obese or anything like it)?
I am a 21 year old male, (22 next month). I am an active person, I play gaelic football (Ireland) and i enjoy swimming in the sea and cycling. I am 6 foot tall and about 14 stone. I am fairly muscular especially in my legs thanks to fitness training in football so i think somewhere between 12 and 13 stone would be my ideal weight. I dont look or feel fat as such, and have been complemented on looking fit and muscular in my upper body recently. however i know for a fact i need to loose a little weight on my stomach and sides especially. my arms and legs have no fat only muscle. So I am looking for advice on how to looses a little fat on my mid section, keeping in mind I am an active person and I enjoy a good tough training season
