This is just unacceptable...?

wow that is unbelievably horrible!!!!! i dont believe the children should be allowed to be in any situation like that. They shouldn't be brought up like that its just terrible. they need a new loving family that can show them wat life is about and how to be loved. every child deserves to learn the right ways of anything.
