Once an heir voices they want to be "bought out" by the other heirs, how long to they legally have to settle?

My state is Georgia. I have asked to be "bought out" from my family estate. From the date I voiced this, how long do they have by law to settle with me? The first time I voiced this was at a family meeting nearly 2 years ago. The last was in October in front of the family atty.
