Is it wrong for an adult to remind me my parents abandoned me and forgot that I even exist?

I had to move in with my grandfather 4 years ago. I lived half way across the country with my dad, but then he went overseas because he's in the Air Force, so I moved in with my mom, but then she met a guy and ran off with him. So finally, I had to go to my grandpa's. I didn't know him very well. Anyway, my dad has been going overseas for at least 6 months every year, so I was told it's better to stay with my grandpa or I'd have to come back every 6 months anyway. My dad used to visit once or twice a year...but last year he didn't visit at all...and it doesn't look like he's coming this summer either. So now my grandpa keeps saying everyone abandoned me and flung me at his doorstep, and no one cares that I exist anymore and I'm officially alone in the world, except for him. Is it wrong to say that to an 11 year old? And why doesn't anyone want me anymore? I don't think I did anything wrong.
