ha ha don't rush it. Take it slowly this guy is shy after all. Just talk to him, start as friends. If you can spot when he's insinuating things like he likes you or gives you clues like that, date him. Ask him out or let him ask you out( make sure it takes a reasonable amout of time). If you end up really liking him and he doesn't ask you out, you ask him out. If you don't do that you might regret one day wondering what could of happened. For now take your time getting to know him.
