Am i having a gallbladder attack??? HELP?

I had gastric byp 4 years ago. I have anemia and fibromyalgia. Since i see a pain doc and take lortab the hospitals won't see me, i have gotten turned away even to have an infection looked at. I am in a lot of pain. It started off with pain in the upper right side under the ribcage for hours, got better when applying pressure and then using a heating pad. I now have back pain and extreme pain and cramping around my belly on. i have been nauseated lately, and have had no appetite for a week. I have normal bowel movements. and i have tried maaloxx and that did nothing for pain i have had acid reflux issues for a week. Is it gallbladder?? What do i do?
